In partnership with native Spanish speakers, the HOPE National Resource Center is launching the first<span style=\"color: #ffffff\">\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><a style=\"color: #ffffff;text-decoration: underline\" href=\"https:\/\/positiveexperience.org\/train-with-us\/certification-programs\/train-the-facilitator-certification\/\">HOPE Train the Facilitator<\/a><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>cohort in Spanish in January 2024. This latest training program responds to the growing need to support children and family in Spanish-speaking communities and organizations. Ariane Porras, HOPE Champion and Program Director for Partner and Community Engagement at the YMCA of San Diego County, will lead the first cohort.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs we spread the message of HOPE, a shared language is needed to support this cultural shift. Being able to provide support for facilitators of this framework in Spanish will only increase the impact that we can make in our communities in a way that honors their cultural framework,\u201d says Porras.<\/p>\n<p>Over the course of three interactive sessions, Facilitators train to deliver their own version of the Introduction to HOPE workshop tailored specifically to their community and sector.
