This is the account you will use to access the credits you wish to claim.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Available credits will be displayed on the course home page.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\">\n<li>Select only those credits that apply to your profession, and click\/tap \u201cApply Selection.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>You may make your selection after you have completed the course.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>How do I download a certificate?<\/b><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\">\n<li>After selecting your credit type, click the \u201cDownload Certificate\u201d button above the credit selector.<\/li>\n<li>On the certificate page, right-click and select \u201cSave as\u201d to save your certificate to your desktop.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>How do I view\/print my transcript?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>You must be logged in to view your transcript.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\">\n<li>Select My Courses\/Transcript at the top of the page. If you do not see the transcript selector, be sure the Courses tab is selected.<\/li>\n<li>Select the type of credit and dates to include in your credit report.<\/li>\n<li>To include all credits from all time, leave the options blank.<\/li>\n<li>Select Download Transcript to view\/download your transcript.
