Esta nueva red une a profesionales, facilitadores y promotores de HOPE que comparten una misma misi\u00f3n: llevar la ciencia y la pr\u00e1ctica de las <\/span><b>Experiencias Positivas en la Infancia (PCEs, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> a familias y comunidades de habla hispana en todo el mundo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La reuni\u00f3n marc\u00f3 un importante hito en el crecimiento de la presencia internacional de HOPE. M\u00e1s de veinte facilitadores que imparten entrenamientos en espa\u00f1ol, participaron desde distintos puntos de Am\u00e9rica, representando sectores diversos \u2014 educaci\u00f3n, salud p\u00fablica, organizaciones sin fines de lucro, programas de primera infancia y organizaciones comunitarias\u2014 unidos por su compromiso con fomentar la resiliencia y el bienestar en ni\u00f1os y familias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La red busca dar el primer paso hacia una comunidad colaborativa que fortalezca las Experiencias Positivas en la Infancia en las poblaciones de habla hispana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Consolidando una red global<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El encuentro comenz\u00f3 con una c\u00e1lida bienvenida del Director de HOPE, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/positiveexperience.org\/team-member\/sege-robert\/\"><b>Robert Sege<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, y de la Directora de Entrenamientos y Asistencia T\u00e9cnica, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/positiveexperience.org\/team-member\/winn-amanda\/\"><b>Amanda Winn<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, quienes celebraron la creaci\u00f3n de este nuevo espacio de colaboraci\u00f3n e inclusi\u00f3n. Luego, cada participante se present\u00f3 y comparti\u00f3 el trabajo que realiza con HOPE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">HOPE ya est\u00e1 avanzando en espa\u00f1ol. A continuaci\u00f3n, algunas experiencias:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Chile:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> El <\/span><b>Departamento de Medicina Familiar de la Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> cuenta con un equipo que trabaja en la difusi\u00f3n e implementaci\u00f3n del Marco HOPE en Chile y Am\u00e9rica Latina. Tambi\u00e9n, <\/span><b>Am\u00e9rica Solidaria<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> ha integrado los cuatro bloques fundamentales de HOPE en su trabajo con j\u00f3venes y comunidades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>East Boston (Coalici\u00f3n EASTIE):<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Las intervenciones comunitarias desarrolladas por la coalici\u00f3n en Boston se alinean naturalmente con el Marco HOPE y se est\u00e1n expandiendo a trav\u00e9s de diversas alianzas en poblaci\u00f3n de habla hispana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>San Diego State University:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Facilitadores de HOPE est\u00e1n impartiendo sesiones en espa\u00f1ol a nivel local, con un fuerte enfoque en el pilar de las <\/span><b>relaciones<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> y la <\/span><b>relevancia cultural<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Maryland y Washington State:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Varias escuelas y departamentos de salud est\u00e1n aplicando el Marco HOPE con familias de habla hispana, reportando cambios significativos en el abordaje de las familias, enfoc\u00e1ndose en sus fortalezas y recursos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">De las historias de adaptaci\u00f3n cultural a las lecciones sobre resiliencia comunitaria, emergi\u00f3 un tema com\u00fan: la traducci\u00f3n de los recursos existentes es m\u00e1s que idioma \u2014es <\/span><b>contexto, conexi\u00f3n y cultura<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Los participantes destacaron la importancia de ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la traducci\u00f3n literal de los materiales de HOPE, creando contenidos que reflejen los valores, modismos y experiencias de vida de las comunidades latinoamericanas y comunidades latinas en Estados Unidos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 busca construir HOPE en Espa\u00f1ol?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Una red colaborativa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> para todas las personas que trabajan con el Marco HOPE en comunidades de habla hispana, incluyendo quienes imparten entrenamientos en espa\u00f1ol. Un espacio para conectarse, hacer preguntas, compartir recursos y co-crear materiales con base cultural.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Una biblioteca de recursos en espa\u00f1ol:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> presentaciones, gu\u00edas, ejemplos pr\u00e1cticos, videos y otros, creados por y para facilitadores de habla hispana, con el desarrollo de adaptaciones espec\u00edficas de cada pa\u00eds de habla hispana.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Una comunidad de pr\u00e1ctica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> que se re\u00fana regularmente para compartir experiencias, resolver desaf\u00edos y celebrar logros \u2014transformando los esfuerzos individuales en un movimiento colectivo.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Una red creciente de facilitadores<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> que generen oportunidades de formaci\u00f3n y encuentros de apoyo entre pares, todos en espa\u00f1ol.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Una agenda de aprendizaje<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> que potencie la evaluaci\u00f3n e investigaci\u00f3n con poblaciones latinoamericanas y latinas en EE.UU., ayudando a medir resultados relevantes para esta poblaci\u00f3n y as\u00ed, mejorar los entrenamientos y recursos disponibles.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Un sue\u00f1o compartido:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> el desarrollo del primer <\/span><b>Congreso Latinoamericano sobre Experiencias Positivas en la Infancia (PCEs)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2014 un encuentro presencial para celebrar lo que se ha logrado, unir esfuerzos y estrategias, para acelerar la colaboraci\u00f3n regional.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Como coment\u00f3 una participante de la reuni\u00f3n: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cEs tan distinto cuando nos vemos las caras. Esta comunidad nos recuerda que el Movimiento HOPE no es solo una idea, sino algo que practicamos juntos.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Qu\u00e9 es lo que viene:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Encuentros bimensuales:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> El grupo se reunir\u00e1 cada dos meses para compartir actualizaciones\u00a0 y avanzar en proyectos conjuntos.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Espacio compartido de trabajo:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Se crear\u00e1 un espacio del almacenamiento virtual de HOPE en Espa\u00f1ol que alojar\u00e1 materiales en desarrollo y existentes; los facilitadores ser\u00e1n invitados a contribuir, revisar y adaptar los recursos localmente.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Espacios de formaci\u00f3n en espa\u00f1ol:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Se avanzar\u00e1 hacia cohortes y entrenamientos sobre el marco HOPE y PCEs completamente en espa\u00f1ol, con soporte t\u00e9cnico asociado.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Difusi\u00f3n de iniciativas en espa\u00f1ol:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> La serie de entrevistas <\/span><b>HOPE en Espa\u00f1ol<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> continuar\u00e1 mostrando organizaciones, siguiendo los art\u00edculos anteriores sobre <\/span><b>Am\u00e9rica Solidaria (Chile)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> y la <\/span><b>Coalici\u00f3n EASTIE (Boston)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, y continuar\u00e1 destacando el excelente trabajo que realizan instituciones, organizaciones y profesionales en espa\u00f1ol.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Participaci\u00f3n y alianzas:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Los participantes indicar\u00e1n d\u00f3nde realizan sus iniciativas y qu\u00e9 est\u00e1 en desarrollo, para promover apoyo entre pares, capacitaciones conjuntas y participaci\u00f3n en pol\u00edticas locales.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 esta red y por qu\u00e9 ahora?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Demograf\u00eda y demanda:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Las familias hispanohablantes representan una parte creciente de las comunidades en todo el continente. Acceder a estrategias basadas en fortalezas y culturalmente pertinentes es equidad e inclusi\u00f3n.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>De la traducci\u00f3n a la pertenencia:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Las familias necesitan materiales que \u201csuenen como en casar\u201d, no solo en las palabras, sino que tambi\u00e9n incluyan ejemplos locales.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Momento de expandir los esfuerzos:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Los facilitadores de HOPE ya est\u00e1n haciendo este trabajo en sus comunidades, y una red convierte los esfuerzos en un dise\u00f1o compartido, que ayudar\u00e1 a que las buenas ideas se propaguen m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Pr\u00f3ximos Pasos: Creciendo juntos<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La reuni\u00f3n concluy\u00f3 con un sentido compartido de entusiasmo y el compromiso de seguir construyendo esta red colectivamente. Los miembros acordaron reunirse cada dos meses para compartir avances, coordinar oportunidades y co-crear nuevos materiales. Pronto, un espacio com\u00fan alojar\u00e1 los recursos de HOPE en Espa\u00f1ol, y los facilitadores estar\u00e1n invitados a contribuir con traducciones, ejemplos y adaptaciones relevantes localmente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Adem\u00e1s, una nueva iniciativa desde HOPE es el <\/span><b>lanzamiento de la primera cohorte de entrenamientos de HOPE, totalmente en espa\u00f1ol<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, planificada para <\/span><b>principios de 2026<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Este nuevo programa brindar\u00e1 a facilitadores de toda Am\u00e9rica acceso a formaci\u00f3n, discusi\u00f3n y recursos completamente en espa\u00f1ol, marcando un gran paso hacia la accesibilidad en la capacitaci\u00f3n de HOPE en pa\u00edses hispanohablantes. La cohorte tambi\u00e9n servir\u00e1 como piloto para construir un modelo sostenible de desarrollo biling\u00fce y colaboraci\u00f3n entre pa\u00edses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Colaboraci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de las fronteras<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>HOPE en Espa\u00f1ol<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> es una celebraci\u00f3n de la conexi\u00f3n entre personas y pa\u00edses de habla hispana. Reconoce los valores compartidos, la riqueza cultural y las profundas tradiciones relacionales que unen a las comunidades de Am\u00e9rica Latina, el Caribe y las comunidades hispanohablantes de Estados Unidos. This new network unites professionals, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/positiveexperience.org\/train-with-us\/certification-programs\/train-the-facilitator-certification\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HOPE Facilitators<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and advocates who share one mission: to bring the science and practice of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/positiveexperience.org\/blog\/why-pces-are-important-for-all-children-and-families\/\"><b>Positive Childhood Experiences<\/b><\/a><b> (PCEs)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to Spanish-speaking families and communities worldwide.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The meeting marked an exciting milestone in the growth of the international presence of the HOPE framework, which centers on the key types of PCES called the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/positiveexperience.org\/resource\/the-four-building-block-of-hope\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Four Building Blocks of HOPE<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. More than 20 HOPE Facilitators who deliver trainings in Spanish joined from across the Americas, representing diverse sectors\u2014education, public health, nonprofits, early childhood programs, and community organizations\u2014all bound by their commitment to nurturing resilience and well-being in children and families.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The network aims to take the first step toward a collaborative community that strengthens PCEs across Spanish-speaking populations.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]\n<h2><b>The seeds of a global network<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The meeting opened with a warm welcome from <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/positiveexperience.org\/team-member\/sege-robert\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Robert Sege, PhD, MD<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Director of the HOPE National Resource Center, and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/positiveexperience.org\/team-member\/winn-amanda\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amanda Winn, MSW<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Director of Training and Technical Assistance,, who celebrated the creation of this new space for collaboration and inclusion. Each participant then introduced themselves and shared the work they do with the HOPE framework.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>The HOPE framework is already moving in Spanish.
